4SCENERGY was the facilitator for the transformation of Hyva’s procurement organization, led by Davide Zanotti since mid-2024. Improving the maturity of the regional procurement teams through a global procurement excellence approach.

The Global Procurement Conference, held in September 2025 in Alphen aan de Rijn (NL), generated a high level of synergy between the regions and forms a great basis to further improve the procurement value contribution for HYVA globally.

Defining roles and responsibilities, improving several of the key procurement processes and now, as a result of several cross-functional Idea Generation Workshops, realizing important savings initiatives.
